Chia grows without irrigation — our farming uses no water to grow the crop, only what nature provides.

At our high-tech Arica facility — one of the world’s most modern chia processors — seed is cleaned and sorted to 99.9%+ purity, the basis of our oil stability and neutral flavor.

MicroTech® milling
Our patented, solvent-free MicroTech® process disaggregates the seed into micro-particles — creating XIA Fiber and XIA Protein with no enzymes, solvents or additives.

Ingredient solutions & delivery
Cold-pressed oil, microencapsulated omega-3 and functional flours are documented, certified and delivered worldwide — fully traceable from field to facility.
